A Table Apart

When it was suggested to me by my friends and co-workers that we check out A Table Apart, an Hawaiian fusion restaurant located in Bonita Springs, Florida, I couldn't be more excited. I am always up for a new adventure especially when it comes to restaurants, but when I found out that the chef and former owner, Jeff Acol, who happens to be a yogi that practices at the yoga studio where I work, I couldn't wait to indulge in his personal and heart felt creations. 

 

The menu has much to offer including seafood dishes, vegetarian & vegan options, and a lovely selection of wines.  

 

Pear Salad with Li hing mui Poached Asian Pear spiced pecans, blue cheese, and white balsamic dressing paired with the Villa Gemma, Italy, Rose'. Highly recommended.  

 

Pan seared scallops with roasted corn, bacon and mushroom hash, and curry corn sauce.  Absolutely delicious. 

 

I was delightfully surprised by this hidden gem. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I can't wait to go back. 

 

If you're in the area be sure to stop by. Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy season.
